Everything you need to get the most out of the app, step by step.
Petic is free on the App Store (iPhone) and Google Play (Android). You can also use it from your browser at app.petic.co.
Open Petic, choose to sign up and enter your name, email and password, or sign in with Google. Today, sign-up is open to pet owners.
Tap “+” on the main screen and enter their name, species, breed, date of birth and a photo. You can fill in the rest later from their profile.
Up to 5 on the free plan, up to 20 with Petic Plus and unlimited with Premium.
Name, species, breed, sex, date of birth, weight, color, microchip, photos and notes, plus their clinical sheet.
Go to your pet’s profile and tap “Edit information”.
Yes. Every pet has their own link and QR; whoever opens them sees their profile without needing to install the app.
Every pet has a unique QR that opens their public profile. You can share it or print it for their collar or tag.
Turn on lost mode from their profile: they’ll appear on Petic’s lost pets map and whoever scans their QR will see how to contact you.
From your pet’s profile, mark them as found; you can log when and who helped.
In your pet’s vaccination record, tap “Add vaccine” and enter the name, the date given and the booster date. You’ll see the next booster date on every plan; with Plus you get a reminder on your phone.
In the vaccination record, open the “Deworming” tab and tap “Add deworming”.
In your pet’s profile, in their history: visits, check-ups and diagnoses sorted by date. With Plus you can export it as a PDF.
From the pet, tap “Invite owner” and search for the person. You decide what they can see and edit. The free plan allows 2 people per pet.
From the app, in your account, or from petic.co/cambiar-contrasena.
In the app, under Profile → Account → Delete account, or from petic.co/eliminar-cuenta. It’s irreversible and deletes your data and your pets’ data.
