Frequently asked questions
The answers our users look for most
How do I register my pet on Petic?+
Is Petic free to use?+
Yes. For pet owners there is a free-forever plan with up to 5 pets, vaccination card, calendar and basic history. Petic Plus (one-time payment) and Premium add no ads, reminders, PDF and more pets.
How does my pet's QR code work?+
Every pet gets a unique QR code. If someone finds your pet and scans the code, they can see its name, photo and your emergency contact info without needing the app.
Can I share my pet's profile?+
Yes. From your pet's profile you can copy a unique link and share it any way you like. You can also invite other people to help care for your pet from the app.
What do I do if my pet gets lost?+
How do I delete my account?+
